Tofield Satellites rounded out the regular season Saturday night in Daysland falling
5-4 to the North Stars. Todd Steil led the Northstars with four assists
as Daysland scored all five of their goals on the power play, including the winner
by Jason Fleck with 3:17 left in the third. Tofield led 2-1 after the first period, but the Northstars rallied with a two goal second period to grab a 3-2 lead after two. Doug Woiken led the Satellites with two goals and an assist, while Jeff Van Engelen and Mike Granberg chipped in with singles. The Satellites finish the season in 6th place with a 12-9-1 record. Daysland finished at 18-4 on the year. |
