Derek Wolbeck scored a pair of goals to pace the Daysland Northstars to a 6-4 win over the Tofield Satellites in Battle River Hockey League action. The Northstars improved to 5-0 on the season. Daysland led 3-1 and 5-2 at the period breaks.

Chad Anderson, Tyson Schielke, Ryan Olson and Bryan Lewis tallied for the Satellites who fell to 4-2 on the season.
