Johnson scored a power play goal in overtime to lift the Coronation Royals
to a 3-2 win over the Tofield Satellites Saturday night. The Satellites trailed 1-0 after the first period, but rallied to take a 2-1 lead in the third, thanks to goals from Pete Neufeld and Leon Burns. However, Ryan Schedlosky tied the game with 4:55 left and Johnson won it in overtime. Friday in Tofield, Derek Wolbeck scored a pair of goals to pace the Daysland Northstars to a 6-4 win over the Satellites. Chad Anderson, Tyson Schielke, Ryan Olson and Bryan Lewis tallied for the Satellites, who come out of the weekend with a record of 4 wins, 2 losses and an overtime loss. |
